DEPOSIT AGREEMENT

I have paid the sum of $500.00 as a deposit for a _____ PET or ____SHOW quality Irish Setter puppy from the following liter born  8/19/2023 pick up day is after 11/11/2023

Sire:  MBIS MGROUPS Rhiannon Code Red aka Cody

Dam:  Int’l CH /CH Ruairi’s Don’t Be Gator Bait aka Gator

 

This deposit will reserve my puppy until we complete the transfer at 12 weeks old.Its  Non refundable. when you complete the purchase of this puppy the holding deposit will be credited to purchase of this puppy.

The total balance due at pick up will be $2500.00 This Includes $74.00 for AKC registration and Micro Chip.

The buyer understands that the seller will be evaluating the puppies after they’ve turned 10 weeks and will match the puppies to their new families at that time. Show puppies will have The seller will not make any decisions on who gets which puppy until after evaluation. The seller has the right to cancel this contract at any time  (with a full refund of all money paid to seller) if seller deems circumstances are warranted. The buyer will pay the balance of the puppy when picking up said puppy, with cash, cashier’s check, money order or other pre-arranged method. If the puppy is being shipped, the buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses. The balance of the payment and shipping fees will be made upon transfer of puppy.

Upon transfer of the puppy seller will provide buyer with copies of the parent’s pedigrees and health clearances, puppy’s health records and AKC limited or full registration papers. The buyer has read, understands, and agrees to the terms of this deposit agreement.
